WARRANTY & GUARANTEES POLICY
Workmanship Warranty
New Chapter Constructions provides a workmanship warranty in accordance with NSW Fair Trading and the Home Building Act 1989.
Our workmanship warranty covers:

Warranty Periods
6 years for major defects

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

You may receive a partial refund

You will be charged for all materials purchased

Refunds

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by New Chapter Constructions (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accepting a quote, paying a deposit, or allowing work to begin, the client (“you”, “your”) agrees to these terms.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
Quotes are based on the information available at the time.
Any changes to the scope of work may result in a revised quote or additional charges.
Unforeseen issues (e.g., structural damage, rot, asbestos, plumbing/electrical issues) may require extra work not included in the original quote.
If materials increase in price before purchase, we may adjust the quote accordingly.
Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Progress payments may be required for larger projects.
Final payment is due upon completion of the work.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer.
Work may pause if payments are not made on time.
Materials remain our property until full payment is received.
Variations (Changes to the Work)
